Elementary Turnaround Plan
As part of Texas Education Code (TEC) 39A.103(2), 39A.104(a), and 39A.105(4) and as outlined in Texas Administrative Code (TAC) 19 TAC§97.1064(d) and (e), Winona Elementary is required to make public their Campus Turnaround Plan.  This plan addresses the actions that will or have already been taken to move the campus out of the Improvement Required Year 2 Accountability Rating the Campus received. 
 
We would certainly appreciate your feedback on this working document before the Board of Trustees formally adopts this plan on Thursday, January 24th, 2019 at our regular scheduled January Board Meeting.  Feedback can be provided to Mr. Cody Mize, Superintendent of Schools by email at cmize@winonaisd.org and/or Mr. Jason Caldwell, Elementary Principal by email at jcaldwell@winonaisd.org.
