School Immunization Requirements
The State of Texas sets vaccination requirements for children attending school in Texas and requires students to show acceptable evidence of vaccination prior to entry, attendance, or transfer to a public or private school in Texas.
Pre K & Kindergarten parents- Please see the charts below to ensure your child is up to date on vaccines for their age & grade.
Incoming 7th graders will need a TDap (Tetanus-Diptheria-Pertussis) and Meningococcal vaccine.
