The Winona ISD School Board meets every third Monday (unless it is a holiday; then it proceeds on that Thursday following the 3rd Monday) of the month and begins at 6:00 p.m. The public is welcome to come and speak on any topic for five minutes starting at 6:00. Following public comments, our Board will begin a Closed Session (typically until 7:00) or longer, depending on the Board. Meetings are held in the Winona ISD High School Library. The Board typically convenes Open Session at 7:00 p.m. at which time they begin Action Items on the Board Agenda.
