The Winona Independent School District Board of Trustees holds its regular meetings on the third Monday of each month, provided there are no conflicting district events. Meetings commence at 6:00 p.m. with a Closed Session from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and are conducted in the Winona ISD High School Library. The Board transitions to Open Session at 7:00 p.m., at which time it addresses Action Items listed on the Board Agenda.
