Adaptive Behavior Classroom Behavior Paraprofessional
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adaptive Behavior Classroom Paraprofessional to support students with behavioral and developmental needs. The paraprofessional will assist the classroom teacher in implementing behavior plans, providing individual and small group support, and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; experience working with students with special needs preferred. Patience, teamwork, and strong communication skills are essential.
