Winona ISD is committed to fulfilling public information requests in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Requests are processed in the order received, to the extent feasible. Under the TPIA, Winona ISD has 10 business days to determine whether to seek an Attorney General’s ruling regarding information that may be exempt from public disclosure.
