CharLissa Foster-Pinke is a proud honors graduate of Cameron Yoe High School who earned a full Track & Field scholarship to the University of Houston, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She later earned two Master’s Degrees—both with honors—in Kinesiology and Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University. With over 13 years of experience in education, she has served as a teacher, coach, counselor, assistant principal, and academic dean.
Foster-Pinke is excited to join Winona ISD as your Winona Middle School principal, where she looks forward to helping students and staff thrive while collaborating with the community. Her educational philosophy includes being a servant leader by focusing on building strong relationships and creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments.
She is grateful for the love and support of her husband, her twin brother who is a head football coach in Waco, TX and her amazing parents who’ve always believed in her.
